BioShock™ 2 Remastered

Now when it comes to the DLC Minervas Den is awesome, the story features a twist that in hindsight is very well telegraphed and foreshadowed and it aged really well given its based around AI.

Solid gameplay and the Minerva's Den DLC is fantastic, but it never quite reaches the heights of the first game.

Bioshock 2 is a great sequel to Bioshock 1, it improves on a bunch of things most notably the combat and the setting of Rapture is as great as it was before however it feels a bit tacked on, the character of Sofia Lamb and others being pretty prominent in the story of Rapture but not even being mentioned (as far as I know) in the first game.

Graphics and sound are done just as well as in the original game and hold up well, with noticeable improvements having been made to the game’s menus and general interaction flow.

I played BioShock 1 on Hard and found the difficulty challenging but fair.

The voice acting is solid and the ambiental sound is serviceable, but the most important sounds (footsteps, weapons firing, explosives) are so muffled you can barely hear them.
