The narrative being told throughout the game is rather interesting, giving broad insight into the various workings of the unique location you’re exploring in addition to a decently engaging main story.
The gameplay is fun, mixing the traditional fps experience with genetic abilities called plasmids, giving you powers such as fire, electricity or ice.
Genre: Immersive Sim FPS
Rapture is iconic and for good reason, exploring this fallen city and slowly piecing together what happened through its visuals and environmental storytelling is still amazing to this day.
The audio is also very well done, the ambient sound design is immersive and the soundtrack matches the unsettling and isolated city of Rapture to a tee.
I played most of this game on Steam deck and docked on my TV.I enjoyed my time with this game and enjoyed the plot twist near the end of the game!
