What players think
The recurring themes across 139 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
the gameplay isnt quite what i expected, but its still fun and unique, switching between your sword and ring toss to take down enemies to heal, and later on in a run leveraging perks and an active item of your choice. each level has its own gimmick that prevents the gameplay from feeling repetitive.
The plot of *Nakara* is not complex, employing a fairly traditional setting of a demon king versus a hero.
Absolute banger for what it is - FPS Roguelike, with old school 2D textures in a 3D space, like old school Doom.
gameplay, and combat is pretty good, and honestly the writing isnt bad at all, if anything its good as far as portraying hero vs evil w/goddess, there was even a twist.
