Second difficulty gives you more stuff to do and worry about, but also giving you ton of lives which is basically immortality again, but it does teach you to get better at it and that each death means you get weaker.

But what I can do is just say this - "I, Uroš, loved every second spent playing Nex Machina." Even if there were some frustrating boss battles, after prying the controller from my wall, my mind would go blank, erasing my previous outburst from my memory, and I would just vibe along with the game's soundtrack.
