The Chinese-inspired hospital setting, disturbing creature designs, sound design, and heavy atmosphere kept us uncomfortable the entire time.

The Graphics and atmosphere are exactly what you would expect if you played Dread Flats or Dread Neighbor and I would say this is probably the best so far from Ghost Case IMO.
