Fortunately, the combination of rare variants, progression, combat, trick shots, cooperative play, quests, gambling, and new areas gives the design several ways to prevent fishing itself from carrying the entire experience.

Boss encounters are an especially amusing extension of the fishing premise, essentially transforming unusually formidable aquatic creatures into major combat challenges.

Better equipment, rare catches, dangerous islands, bosses, weapons, trick shots, and multiplayer interaction give the premise considerably more depth than its simple title initially suggests.

I think the difficulty is correct, bosses are indeed a big challenge for FPS-unskilled-players, but not impossible, and is still a fun and silly experience for more seasoned FPS players.

The graphics and whole concept is hilarious and brought much joy to our evening.
