Another flaw with the game is no Multiplayer and only having Two playable characters which are Spider-Man and after stage 2 Venom which creates a lack of replay value.

Marvel's characters are great, but bad game design is bad game design.

But, I have kids so was still able to play it multiplayer and that was fun couch co-op.

Before this collection I had never properly sit and played through X-men arcade but now that I have I see why everyone gushes over this game it's great looking Art Style, It's awesome music, It's smooth gameplay everything here is just incredibly fun without overstaying it's welcome, It's also interesting that the game is much more based on the Pryde of the X-men pilot rather than the actual show we all love as the costumes the characters wear and the characters that are here or are playable such as Dazzler being playable or Kitty Pryde being in the game, speaking of playable characters you have 6 characters to play as: Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, Collossus, Dazzler and Nightcrawler as you go through 5 stages and 9 bosses: Pyro, The Blob, Emma Frost, Wendigo, Nimrod, Some statues, Juggernaut, Mystique disguised as Magneto and Magneto Himself Overall I really do recommend you play this.

The menu is pretty good.
