Although I think the story overall is great, the game couldn't catch me until the mission "Shock and Awe", in other words, until things get really heated up.
For the remaster, the graphics and the fact that they borderline "remade" the whole game and still called it only a "remaster" is impressive.
Crucially, this graphical overhaul does not come at the cost of performance or fidelity to the original’s gameplay rhythms—the controls remain tight and responsive, the AI behaviors are intact (with all their strengths and quirks), and the level design remains unchanged, preserving the layout and pacing that players remember.
