While It Takes a War excels in its strategic clarity, it may not appeal to players seeking narrative-driven storytelling or high-production audiovisual spectacle.
Just this concept alone is interesting, it will sound deep for a lot of people and the nostalgia will carry the whole experience (friends that never went online again, gaming nights etc.. something that our parents probably cannot understand)
Putting it bluntly, many of the assets are low-resolution 3D scans with downscaled textures.
Sound design remains subtle, supporting immersion without overwhelming the strategic focus.
Good multiplayer, sad servers shut down was a fun game, bit laggy tho
