[spoiler-free review] This game could probably be optimized significantly better, but if you'd like to play a unique indie game with surprising depth in its worldbuilding and plot, and which makes ambitious promises for the future of its setting and its studio, then "Darkway: Murder of King Mere" is something you'd be interested in.
The way INSIGHT describes things, and the associated voice acting, also remind me of Disco Elysium and I suspect this was the inspiration behind some elements of the game.
I love the multitude of conversations you can have with each character and the depth with which the creator fleshed out each character's individual storyline, There is a lot of independent choice in the MOKM gameplay, allowing the player to choose who they want to talk to, what quests they would like to complete, and the order in which they perform tasks and conversations.
Art style was very unique and pleasing to look at through my playthrough and the voice acting was very well done and very fun.
- also i feel as though the pry ability is too much of a "give me the answer button" you can circumvent any downsides of prying by simply doing all the quests first, whereas if you added something like the aforementioned quicktime event system, some characters could outright attack you for prying too hard (regardless of favor)
