Some cool weapons, some cool gambling.
The two methods I have managed to figure out are halting gameplay outright and going into a menu to use an item, and about 3 hours into my play, the game revealed that there is a quick use wheel you can access with G.
I'd love to see individual sliders for things like dialogue, sound effects, etc.
