This is one of the best platform fighters I've ever played and I have over 1000 hours on smash ultimate but the movement and online for this game is so smooth and very easy for new players to understand just bought it today and I already have 6 hours on it and have played online for 2 hours without any lag or issues with my rival crashing or leaving match early cough cough... (smash ultimate) also characters all unique and fun and I've also played with my friends and they love it just as much.
You don't have ledges, shield or grabs (You can command grab), and it's mostly getting your quick fix of Smash Bros Melee (Without the air stall or L-Cancel).
Gameplay, Music, Sound, Stage Layout, and Character Balancing are optimally fair.
Ps- Works very well with gc controller as well as xbox and ps5 yes i used all these controllers great game please buy please support I would love to see more characters in the future as well as future updates!!!!!
Art and sound design is very nice, everything fits together very cohesively, love the style personally so I may be biased.
i feel like a lot of the initial hype on this game comes from people who haven't played a lot of platform fighters outside of smash and rivals and are really quickly impressed by having something that seems "unique" and has a nice art style, but when looking deepers the problems quickly begin to show in this game
