Shooty Shooty Robot Invasion

The story has a good development and characters have some nice evolution, which is surprising for a comedy story.

Arguably a very fun project that embraces the wacky weirdness of its contemporaries while incorporating punchy shooty gameplay of an fps.

The absolute highlights are the humor and the art style, absolutely taking some of the best parts of the creator’s previous game- Subway Midnight- and putting them in a game where they can be even more in the spotlight.

The gunplay is simple and the combat is not really challenging -- neither of those things is "the point" -- but for a solo dev effort, the mobility options and overall Feel of combat are hugely satisfying.

The soundtrack and sound effects complement the absurdity, full of exaggerated explosions, cartoonish voices, and bursts of energy that never let the pace settle for long.
