Additionally, there is a singleplayer Arcade mode, which has cutscenes for each character (Except the three bonus characters and the arcade boss).
With the inclusion of roman cancels, best state of Instant Kills, blitz shields, and (admittedly underused) clash system incredibly open up the freedom in playstyles and interesting fast action gameplay.
Graphics: Old sprite based games look like poop when upscaled to 1440p and above.
Soundtrack from this one is not worse than in precedessors.
Of course, I'm sure this could change with distance between players, but this is definitely one of the best PC fighting games in terms of its netcode.
There are many other new mechanics, like the Blitz Shield, which is a parry that leaves the opponent open to combos (It costs 25% of the gauge, but you usually get 12.5% back from the combo, so it's very good), and the R.I.S.C.
