What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
At the time of this writing I've played about 12 hours, and I think I might play for another 12 or so depending on how interesting the other characters play.
[Edit 12/2025: certain QoL issues with replayability were addressed quite well in the most recent patch, and so I removed the part of the review complaining about that.
What might seem like a simple parody of E-Sports and live service PVP games on the surface actually hides and incredibly complex and unique game that I personally would put near the level of something like Balatro.
The interface is pretty solid (I have a couple of notes below, but they're minor) and it works great on or offline.
The game operates like a piece of interactive satire, poking fun at how players often end up grinding, optimizing, and obsessing over statistics in games that still depend heavily on luck, matchmaking variance, or hidden systems.
It very quickly changes from a coin flipping e-sport to a "skill tree optimization" puzzle game.

Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
