What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
But the sense of continuity is marred by the fact that all the cutscenes have the characters animated with much more of the creepy "deepfake" CGI (where their faces stretch and distort like rubber masks when talking) and different actors were hired to voice the characters...in distinctly different accents than in the original!
The sfx also sounds great, especially for those that's meant for jumpscares.
Clear, clean artwork/graphics/scenes
The gameplay structure follows the familiar rhythm of hidden object adventures but adds a few thoughtful twists that distinguish it from its peers.
Good user interface.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
