The game looks fantastic, with a lovely pixelated art style, and it generally ran fairly well on both my PC and my Steam Deck, although I did have some issues with stuttering and lag on my Steam Deck.
While there's no voice acting, the dialogue is especially well written, and I loved how easy it was to hear the various accents for different characters in my head.
Updating NW.js manually helps, mods help, lowering the difficulty through accessibility for "faster" pacing helps...
Crosscode possibly has the best character writing I've seen in any game I've played thus far, the game genuinly makes the characters feel real and that Crossworlds is a game being played with "online friends".
