Secondly, I find the concept of how you power up interesting, what with utilizing the playing field as your skill tree, especially in a sphere grid-like layout.

This, combined with the fact that the Fox starts with a perk that restores .02 HP per currency pickup and from what I can tell, the game slightly biases weapon choices towards the character you're playing as and most dexterity based weapons are both fast and have high critical hit chance, makes the Fox incredibly easy to score a win with, even on difficulty 6 (currently the highest one).

It does not take very long to unlock the highest difficulty, but getting there is a lot of fun and the game itself is quite replayable, regardless of unlocks.
