What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Something else I found to be very strange was how happy all the characters are, especially Garfield.
First I’d like to talk about the gameplay.
From the beautifully rendered 3D graphics, to the immersive, fun gameplay, everything about this game adds up to an overall wonderful experience.
Unfortunately, Garfield Kart lacks any significant single-player campaign or engaging multiplayer modes beyond local split-screen, which feels like a missed opportunity.
The sound design is equally unremarkable: cheerful but generic music loops endlessly, while the sound effects—engine roars, item impacts, and character grunts—lack energy.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
