Through dying many times you can also unlock different characters and palette swaps for the entire game, some of which will make your eyes bleed, others which are awesome enough that they might actually improve your skill level.
This Sega’s greatest classics feeling is emphasized with a brilliant synthetized soundtrack with some dissonant and noisy fragments that resembles Motohiro Kawashima’s compositions for Streets of Rage 3.
