Character classes further diversify gameplay, with each offering distinct strengths and limitations that encourage different approaches to word-building and risk management.
It encourages really trying out different vocabulary in different fights and honestly has been really great at learning better typing skills due to the amount of different words can be used against a different run, it has a very charming art style to boot and enemies on their own can provide a very nice breath of fresh air that prevent from spamming the same word every time and just winning.
Instead of another “make big number” roguelike, this word game is a charming dungeon crawler with a fun cast of characters, and it’s both deeper and more challenging than it seems at first.
the presentation is really charming, i think. i quite enjoy the art and sound design/OST, and the enemy designs are fun.
