Before i start this review i want to say that I am a fan of the hyperdimension games, they are my main reason for enjoin rpg games with their wild stories, great music, and solid gameplay.

I like that it lacks those annoying random battles that used to be common in JRPGs and that combat is easily avoided if you are not there to fight, as you can simply just outrun the monsters in the dungeon.

The difficulty feels just right - it's not as hard as old-school jRPGs, but also not easy enough that you will be bored (unless you specifically overlevel your characters for the upcoming fights, or use the horrendously overpowered Gehaburn - Anime sword).
