What players think
The recurring themes across 218 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The three different characters alone offer enough replayability for ..26 hours to be fun.
As others have said before, the skill tree looks like Path of Exile (in a good way), and so far (71⁄2 hours at time of writing) it makes it so that there is room for improvement of gear, or trying different playstyles, and it makes it rewarding to get gear with better rolls; it's not a mindless grind, the mechanic really feels comfy.
While the game does offer online and local co-op options, its primary design clearly favors single-player experimentation, so those hoping for expansive multiplayer experiences may find the co-op mode somewhat limited.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 5 sampled reviews and are not shown.
