TLDR: Great weapon upgrades, great enemies / variety of enemies, RNG is well balanced, key bindings / HUD / Menu are fantastic and clean, replayability is incredibly nice, graphics are fantastic, game runs 100% fine even on crappy laptops, 0 space consumption on the download, NO frustrating elements to the game WHATSOEVER (not even on death), music is wonderful, perfect pick up and everything you'd expect you'd be buying and more for these genres!
The sound effects are great, the original score is good too.
The graphics have a great retro feel, while still being better then any 16 bit computer/console could have ever produced.
As a game, Steredenn plays well with a controller or keyboard.
It has awesome animations, great pixel art, tons of creative weapons, fun bosses, secrets and multiple game modes including co-op.
The tutorial ends in a surprising way integrating with the plot.
