The updated graphics still absolutely feel like the original and I love the new animations.
Flawless performance, no issues whatsoever. ~10 hours of gameplay to finish the whole thing in my case, playing casually.
Yeah, BioMenace sounds great and controls perfectly fine using a keyboard or a gamepad.
Extra save slots, new HUD with options to keep the original one, level editor and an entire new episode which I found to be much more enjoyable than the original 3 episodes, mostly due to the music being 10 times better in the new one.
