What players think
The recurring themes across 135 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
extremely good characters and while i've been nibbling at the edges of some clearly Bigger Hidden Stuff, i can't quite figure out how to progress just yet, but that's alright, the shmup parts are v. fun, and i'm a sucker for (what seems to be) knowledge-based progression. got jumpscared by terezi pyrope within 1 minute of starting the game which makes it an automatic 10/10 either way

The game’s art style, while simple, complements its narrative tone well, and there’s a certain charm to how the characters and environments are presented.
The art is beautiful, characters and writing are great, sound design is siiiiick.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
