What impressed me the most is how the game blends strategy, logistics, and economics into a rewarding gameplay loop.
I love the setting, I feel there should be way more disease/medical-related games and I do enjoy the graphics, by which I mean I don't mind the simplicity.
You'll need to start utilizing some hidden optimization tricks involving things like the packer or crossing belts with machines that have a cycle time greater than 1.
