If you wish to change the appearance of your character you can from the main menu (just got to character).
I recommend this to people who have a lot of patience and like to do most of the gameplay on their own.
If you're playing multiplayer, just be warned that some days you won't be able to see your friend, and other you will be.
Settings & extras include; video options, display options, graphics settings, brightness, motion blur (on or off), language settings, audio controls and key bindings.
Difficulty Curve — It starts pretty easy but ramps up quickly, especially when the orders start flooding in.
It could use a bit better optimization of customer flow, as even cranked up to having max customers, you get slammed with a ton of orders at once and then have nothing to do while they all eat, rinse, repeat.
