Love the graphics, backgrounds and the privateers.
-Lovely soundtrack
TL;DR: Great frantic squad-based shoot-'em up with tons of customization options, random items galore, awesome sprite artwork, a slight learning curve for the controls, some bugs, a fantastic bar complete with great in-house band, randomness galore, invasions, and it's even better online coop with friends(except the random prisoner quests that lag like crazy).
