What players think
The recurring themes across 143 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The soundtrack is surprisingly catchy, the characters are all unique and just quirky enough to be almost believable, and Face Technician (who I think should be called DeFacer considering they're the reason nobody has a face) is such a character.
it’s a fun game that lets you get imaginative with design, and the characters and graphics are adorable.
the DLC is definitely worth the price. one thing that kinda irked me was that i was unable to flip/mirror anything and could only rotate stuff, which made my options for customization feel more limited. i also wish there were more hair options than just two bangs, or atleast for the hair to be colorable like the skin and clothes are. but regardless, the games really fun to mess around with and manages to make even the most abominable creations look cohesive.
I really like how the customers are randomly generated, so even if they have the same name and backstory (which sometimes help me decide what face to give them) their body is different, which really gives replayability.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
