What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The replayability is absolutely ridiculous with the amount of builds you can create, the amount of ways you can break the game (in a fun way) and now with the new duos mode/whole new set of items you can have so much fun with friends.
The rounds are short, the games can be quite long (30 mins-ish) but a lot of your time is eaten between rounds looking at shop and pondering your various orbs as to what the next best move is in regards to your limited inventory slot.
A repeated lesson in humility and learning disguised as a Dopamine dispensing (async) PvP shopping spree, spanning over how ever many hours you feel like playing and/or investing into learning its systems.
Updated graphics on early access release look great and I'm a fan of the ranked / casual options.
Comparing this to the bazaar for example there it feels like you have much more distinct build paths through item sets (characters) with some quite more complex decision choices and opportunities to shape your build path.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
