Not only does it save bullets, it builds your fitness skill - which lets you carry more (much more with a good backpack) and keep the tougher zombies off you better.

Contains a good number of well conceived multi-option quests, well-rounded and flawed characters and a clever dialogue system even though sometimes gamey recruitment requirements for key characters - such as luring zombies near to them to increase respect.

For it's price and size - the game is jam packed with content with so much left for developers to explore - current mechanics are one hell of a playground for some open world sandbox, and if added multiplayer(this game already has co-op, but nothing big like massive servers with custom maps, at least i havent seen it ) - this could turn into even more of a gem.

For me, I'm interested in the difficulty of surviving, which this game does perfectly with food, water, sleeping, stamina, blood loss, ect. even things like lung cancer from cigs, dehydration from alcohol, even insulin for diabetics, this game takes it to the next level!

I purchased this for me AND my friend, we both enjoyed playing together, figuring out how to make others join us, laughing at the glitches...

The soundtrack has a couple of good tunes in it, but to sum up: "Its good, but not great" The controls I found to be spot on, and I could always get my character to do what I wanted, when I wanted.
