The story and characters are where this adventure really shines.
Rekindled Trails is a mostly chill and cozy game about resource gathering, long walks on dirt roads, inventory management, and rebuilding community.
In between the great writing, the actual gameplay mechanic that takes you from one part of the story to the next is basically a series of fetch quests.
Really cute little game, amazing soundtrack.
While graphics is nice and game mechanics is interesting, it becomes very repetitive after you unlock 3+ locations and exploration is no longer fun.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
