The result is a slow-burning horror experience that focuses more on emotional unease and hidden trauma than traditional survival horror mechanics, creating a story that feels haunting long after it ends.

Instead of feeling disconnected from the gameplay, these scenes integrate smoothly into the narrative and greatly enhance the emotional realism of the story.

Only thing I really saw that was 'Unreal' was the lighting, which WAS very good and very well placed, but such effects can still be very easily achieved in other engines if they're utilized properly.

The sound design, It was very straight forward, adding in the creepily eery feeling during the silence, yet drawing in the players attention with the ambiance.

It incorporates some absolutely phenomenal use of FMV with great acting, the puzzles are satisfying and just the right difficulty, the narrative is great explaining just enough without giving you all of the answers, and the length is about perfect: meaty without overstaying its welcome.

Played primarily on Steam Deck and it ran flawlessly. 100% completion was straightforward, though one achievement was mildly tedious - the “read all the lore” one.
