Asuka Easy mode has been added, great for new players that are still acclimating to TGM-style gameplay.
On the positive side of things, the visuals are stunning and the soundtrack is superb.
Overall, I'm not necessarily happy with the current state, but knowing that there's an incredibly fun new entry in the TGM series underneath, and that ARIKA is committing to support and updates to address feedback, I can recommend this game to controller and stick players now, and once keyboard remapping has released and hopefully the DAS charge issue has been resolved, to keyboard and leverless players too.
Shiranui is practically offline PVP, and just like the other modes, has a path to greatness you can take, However you can play against others offline.
On the positive side of things, the visuals are stunning and the soundtrack is superb.
The mode allows undos, which are a great game design feature to lessen the punishment of misdrops (though they still significantly slow you down, due to the slow undo animation), without having a single mistake be run-ending.
