What players think
The recurring themes across 69 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
As well as the story missions there are also 'random' (side quest) missions to keep you busy, as well as a leaderboard-scored challenge dungeon that changes regularly.
The gameplay mechanics are solid.
Even though the graphics and sounds are a bit generic, the game itself is fun to play, the "poker-esque" combat adds a nifty twist to the genre, sometimes making you consider what cards to use and what to save to build a good combo against a boss later on.
Right from reading the silly opening story to encountering the goofy characters, and then the funny sound effects, it's proving to be such a cheery romp it just might become a treasured gem in my library for beating the winter doldrums.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
