Another good point is that we can choose our difficulty in Story mode as well,if you want to play on Expert difficulty,you`ll have to enter this cheat in the Options menu: CHMPION.I completed it once and it was extremely hard to complete it,I had to restart some races 3-5 times to get 1st place,so finally,a true competition from the CPU.

And much more, on the other hand though, is that the FPS is uncaped so it can basically go higher unlike the first game which was locked at 30 FPS.
