What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I liked the narrative themes, with the connection between Sam and the Bridge Baby, this strange post-apocalyptic world with Beached Things and chiral technology and Timefall, and traversing this inconvenient environment to deliver vital supplies to help connect people living in socially isolated settlements.
It’s not really the type of gameplay I normally enjoy, but there was something oddly satisfying in organising those packages and getting them delivered.
Not the graphics - in terms of fidelity it's stronger.
Way less present than the first game's amazing mysterious soundtrack.
Regarding the "optimization"
I highly recommend playing this game with a controller and not a mouse and keyboard, a controller that supports haptic feedback.

Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
