The graphics appealed to me for their bright, colourful, child fantasy-like themes and the Locations all fitted into these themes effectively such as: ValenTown and its contrasting HallowTown, the Desert regions contrasting the Jungles and many more.
Every single map, dungeon, and town has its own unique look, with what I think is an original soundtrack to back it up.
The user interface and visual presentation are also products of their time, and players accustomed to modern conveniences may find certain aspects dated.
