Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
This game is honestly a huge step down from Monkey Island 1, with plenty of baffling solutions to puzzles that make no sense, several plot threads that go nowhere, and a cliffhanger that goes absolutely nowhere and is completely ignored in Monkey Island 3, so overall it feels like nothing at all got resolved by the end of the game.

Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
It had incredible graphics and atmosphere, clever puzzle design and very memorable characters.

Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
The voice acting adds a lot of hilarity to the game, and I love the addition of the audio commentary since I'm a sucker for behind-the-scenes stuff.

Interface
Players who bring up Interface mostly praise it.
I also like the new, much easier to use and quick interface.

Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
But nevertheless it feels like the middle lacked the same care and attention, and many puzzle-chains lack a logical connection or a strong sense of progression toward a goal.

Steam Deck
Players who bring up Steam Deck mostly praise it.
The ONLY way to fix this is to mod the EXE to uncap the framerate and cap it yourself with some other software, like MSI Afterburner or Steam Overlay on Steam Deck.
