What players think
The recurring themes across 98 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Visually it's slick, the neon grid aesthetic is a great match for the soundtrack, and the HUD packs a lot in without feeling cluttered once you know what you're looking at.
Personally I love Playing rhythm game, and this game offers a mix of action packed gameplay whilst tickling your brain completing puzzles and challenges on top of having to make your move base on the Music.
Overall it is a solid rhythm game with it's great visuals and music.
An interesting and fun game with a well-balanced difficulty curve and entertaining, well-executed mechanics.
While good it's not perfect: I think the push and pull between going fast and taking your time doesn't work in certain sections, the story while enjoyable can sometimes go faster than it should, and the encouragement to replay levels to find all the secrets is great, but it feels horrible when in the moment you saw the secret and wanted to go for it, but accidentally went the main path and are now locked out of it.
