I really like the ritual style and how the arenas and somewhat story about them is designed with starting a new character and ritual between each run/mapnode.
the meta-progression isnt bad, sound is decent, some rather standard but fun abilities, graphics arent pixelated, etc.
The game runs well on Steam Deck.
- you have runes for sockets in your abilities but you have to equip them anew EACH ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RUN, which annoys me a lot. i always want the cold damage ones in the cold abilities, the crit ones in my main damage ability, the AOE-increase ones in my AOE ability ,etc. its not like i switch them up, they arent synergetic enough for that. would be MUCH better if i could make a setup before i start into the run and that is auto-applied with an OPTION to check my "inventory/ character" during the run (like a pause-screen) in which i COULD swap them around if i feel like it.
