Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
It's a shame because the art style is beautiful, and the gameplay, when not smeared by bad design choices that only serve to artificially make the game more frustrating, is a fairly satisfying and fun experience, the levels are diverse, there's a number of different enemies that function differently and look different adding variety to the experience, you get a fairly good arsenal of weapons and the story is fantastic, so why in gods name they chose to detract from that by creating a number of sections purely design to make the player repeat the same area over, and over, and over again, is beyond me.

Either way, the game is nice in its humour, art style, and gameplay for the most part, but around the halfway mark or so the devs decided to use their little handbook of video game design and try to make the game more difficult in all of the wrong ways.

Attention - even though Steam will tell you that the game has problems running on Steam Deck with no option to make adjustments on the graphics etc it really runs smoothly and you can customize graphics to your liking 👌🏻
