The game took me about 30 minutes to complete, including unlocking the achievement, and offers a single ending with a convenient save feature after each level.

By that I mean that if you're playing with the controller (which is the intended way), you will need to have both hands on the controller to proceed with the breathing minigame, which is quite impractical to achieve while having one hand on the chest and one on the belly.
