The art direction is impeccable, both the character design, their movements and poses, the gibberish they speak - all of it adds up into an outstanding and incredible style that makes me grin every time Chopper ruffles his slicked up hair when he loses an MP or when Rotilda bites her decaying fingers while the vote is tallied.
