The sounds and visuals deliver on the dopamine rush, the machines have a wide variety of types, the UI is easy enough to operate, and it runs fine on Linux/Deck via Proton.
However, it's worth noting that the game is based on chance and there's no guarantee of winning, and the game's gameplay can be repetitive.
Each machine as in real life has a Game Menu button and though I cannot vouch for it's authenticity the Game Menu button has a "Rules and Pays" option that will illustrate how to play the machine.
