It has the cartoon art style which looks like it’s come straight out of Simpsons or Family Guy and it actually fits in well with the theme, the game does not take it self seriously at all.

The controls while a bit finicky on Keyboard if playing for the first time can be a hell of alot of fun once you get used to them (Personally though I would reccomend using a controller) as it's WASD to move, shift for the caine and space for whatever weapon you have.
