More than any previous version, there are now multiple paths to victory and defeat, creating tremendous replayability and strategic depth.
It seems simple, but beneath the surface it's really complex with a lot of cause and effect you sometimes won't noticed for a few years during one of the campaigns or the grand campaign.
Through a smooth user interface and intuitive player actions, you can attempt to use soft or hard power to sway nations to your side, or massively destabilize countries aligned with your opponents.Every nation and territory that existed during this period is represented, and I can say from making small contributions to the community that every part of the world has its own distinct personality when a superpower tries to impose its will upon it.
