What players think
The recurring themes across 174 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Although some text in-game (probably sprite-based) will look like pixelated blobs (1280x720, fullscreen, game mode), it does not affect the gameplay.
The voice acting is simply superb throughout.
What doesn't help is the UI is not the best - it's a minor thing, but I think there easily could have been a better way of navigating between rooms than opening up a menu with Y and then going through a line of paintings.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 4 sampled reviews and are not shown.
