The optimization of this game versus the last one is such an amazing difference, I got constant stutters before with non-maxed out graphics in 2 but in 3 the graphics all are set on ultra and runs completely smoothly.

I also want to mention that this game, despite the appearance of early-launch bugs and glitches, is much better optimized than Pathologic 2 was (for me).

I truly liked new character management system, believe me, but I must say that it is somewhat counter-intuitive to what actually happening then your mood meter goes from one extreme to another.
